We’re so lucky to know Emily & Jonathan. They’re a really sweet couple. They braved the dull, cold day for this photoshoot and stayed warm – enough for an hour or so. I’m not sure who had more fun, us or them?

I don't really know how reflections happen, but when they do they can be beautiful. This is one of the many reasons why I did poorly in physics.

Skipping is a good way to warm up for a cold photoshoot.

Supermodels.

I'm falling in love with these images and my 50mm lens.

Confession: The coffee mug was empty.

(insert cheesy caption about jumping in photographs here)

These were just my favorites from the photoshoot. You know, things you would print in books or on canvas. The rest though can be seen here over at prints.donnanphoto.com or you can click read more to see the rest.

To be wed: Sue & Kyle

December 1, 2009

Kyle contacted me a while ago saying that him and his fiance will be in town for Thanksgiving and wanted and they wanted an engagement session while they were here. Thankfully my plans kept me in town as I had a blast shooting this lovely couple this past Saturday evening. The light got away before we knew it, but before that happened this is what went down. Battery packs went flying into the dirt, I crawled through a creek and random helpers threw leaves on demand. All in a “normal” day’s work :)

Thanks helpers who threw the leaves on demand! :)

I love her slight laugh in this one! I mean, what's not to love when you're spinning around at a park?

I have been waiting for the right time to take this shot for some time now. I'm so glad to have finally took it :)
